How to Order Products

From the page of your desired product, select options and quantity, then add it to your cart.
After completing your order, an order confirmation email will be delivered to your registered email address.
If you do not receive an email after a while, please check your spam folder or verify your order status in your order history.

Regarding delivery lead times, as inspection and shipment take place after payment confirmation,
We appreciate your understanding that delivery takes approximately one week in business days after payment is confirmed. (Excluding Okinawa and isolated islands)
If you have a preferred date and time, please specify when placing your order.
If no date is specified, it will be shipped on the earliest possible schedule.

Cash on Delivery (Sagawa Express)
The following cash on delivery fees are to be borne by the customer.
*Please note that Cash on Delivery is not available for Okinawa and isolated islands.


Under 10,000 yen: 330 yen
10,000 yen to under 30,000 yen: 440 yen
30,000 yen to under 100,000 yen: 660 yen
100,000 yen to 300,000 yen: 1,100 yen


Total Product Price + Shipping Fee + COD Fee
Please pay the amount to the delivery courier upon arrival of the goods. (Cash payment only)

*For customers who choose Cash on Delivery, our staff will call to confirm the delivery date after confirming the order.
Please be sure to respond.
Please understand that we cannot ship products to customers who cannot be confirmed.

*Sagawa Express Cash on Delivery receipts (shipping slips) do not comply with the Qualified Invoice System.
Customers who wish to request this, please enter [Recipient Name] and [Proviso] in the remarks column when placing your order.
We will send our invoice-compliant receipt (PDF) via email at a later date.


・ Amazon Pay
Payment information and shipping addresses registered to your Amazon account will be automatically reflected.
*Amazon Points cannot be used.

About Shipping / Delivery

*Please note that we cannot ship on Wednesdays, Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.


*When opening dates or construction dates for stores, etc., are fixed:*
*Please understand that products may not arrive on the specified date and time due to road conditions, accidents, or other issues.
If you plan to use items on a specific date, such as for a store opening or scheduled construction, please make your purchase with plenty of time to spare.
*In the case of product defects, etc., we will responsibly replace it, but any [damages/costs] resulting from the defect
Please note that under no circumstances will our company cover compensation for construction costs, etc.


・ Normally, delivery is conducted by one driver. (Excluding Art Setting Delivery)
In rare cases depending on conditions at the delivery site, we may ask for customer assistance from the truck to the doorstep, so we appreciate your cooperation.

・ Delivery fees cover transportation/delivery only.
Please note that unpacking the product and taking away packaging materials are not included in the fee.

・ Please note that if you are absent at the time of delivery, re-delivery will be scheduled on or after the following day.

・ Regarding large-sized items such as chairs and tabletops
Because deliveries are handled by carrier services dedicated to commercial deliveries, please be sure to specify a date and time when you can definitely receive the items.
Therefore, after confirming your order, a staff member may contact you to confirm the delivery date.

Please understand that Sunday deliveries and nighttime time-slot specifications are not available.

・ If there are vehicle traffic restrictions around the delivery destination, such as construction sites or shopping arcades, please be sure to notify us.
Deliveries outside the 9:00 - 17:00 window or specific time-slot requests will incur an additional fee.
We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation.


[About Art Setting Delivery (formerly Yamato Home Convenience (Large Furniture Delivery))]
・ Some products such as cabinets and tables will be delivered via Art Setting Delivery.
・ The carrier's Art Setting Delivery is not just door-to-door, but
They will carry it to your desired location, but an additional fee will be charged for the 5th floor and above.
If the apartment building has an elevator and the items fit inside without problem, no extra charge will be applied.
In the case of stairs, an additional 1,100 yen applies.


*Regarding Chandeliers:
Glass parts and trays may have slight scratches, air bubbles, or chips due to the manufacturing process. In addition, there may be paint chipping on the body, but please understand that these are not considered defects. In the event of large chips, damage, or missing parts, we will promptly send replacement parts, so we kindly ask you to install them yourself.

About Consumption Tax

Product displayed prices include consumption tax.

About Italian, Romanian, and Polish chairs handled in our shop

The Italian, Romanian, and Polish chairs handled in our shop are handmade by craftsmen at local factories.
Compared to Japanese-made goods, finishes may be slightly rougher, but all meet European quality standards.
In addition, because natural wood is used, there are individual variations in wood grain and appearance, which we value as a charming, rustic, and distinctive character.

About Returns

*Regarding defective products: Please contact us within 7 days of product arrival. We will replace it free of charge. (Included light bulbs are excluded from warranty.)
Products are thoroughly inspected before shipment, but scratches may occur during shipping.
If there are any scratches or defects, please contact us within 7 days. We cannot provide warranty coverage after 7 days have passed.

*Regarding returns and exchanges: We strictly decline returns or exchanges of purchased products due to customer personal reasons such as the following.
・ Products for which more than one week has elapsed since delivery
・ Customer convenience reasons such as difference in appearance between photos and actual item
*Colors and tones may vary slightly depending on your monitor environment, so returns based on differing from expectations cannot be accepted.

Regarding product exchange and return, under any circumstances
Please understand that we cannot visit directly to perform replacement work.


Please verify the product details carefully before placing your order.

About Warranty

Products have a warranty period of 1 year from delivery.
*Only if failures or defects occur under normal usage conditions,
Please note that we may not be able to repair scratches or damage caused by the customer's responsibility.
*Deterioration over time is excluded from the warranty.
*Even if outside the warranty period, please consult with us as we will assist as much as possible whenever anything occurs.
