When purchased together with chairs, we can install transparent plastic glides for wooden chairs upon request for 280 yen (tax included) per chair before delivery.

We accept custom orders for TON chairs

TON chairs in designs or colors not listed on our online shop can be custom ordered,
They can be ordered and imported from the Czech Republic to coincide with our store's ordering cycles.
Furthermore, for urgent needs, we can arrange dedicated air freight depending on the quantity and delivery schedule. Please feel free to consult with us.

About After-Sales Service

For all products, the warranty period is 1 year from delivery; however, if any malfunction occurs, please contact us and we will accommodate you to the best of our ability.
If you have any questions during daily use, such as maintenance methods, please feel free to contact us.

Due to the inherent nature of solid wood tabletops, cracking may occur during use.
For customers who still wish to use solid wood tabletops, we handle solid wood tabletops despite the care they require.
While it is said that wood stabilizes once it has weathered one winter at its delivery location, the risk of cracking due to winter dryness (including heating) cannot be reduced to zero.
Therefore, in order for customers to purchase solid wood tabletops with peace of mind, we have launched a warranty service offering replacement solid wood tabletops at 70% of the price.
　・ If a crack of 3 mm or wider occurs within 1 year of delivery, we will provide a replacement product at 70% of the price. (Limited to regular products)
